Dr West and staff changed my life! A friend told me to see them about Neurolens Glasses. I am a senior and have suffered from migraines since I was 12 years old. I have been in ER countless visits, expensive meds, self injections, holistic procedures, botox, surgeries, and much more for over 55 years! Dr. West did simple tests on me and I was a perfect candidate. The Neurolens Glasses corrects my overworking optical nerves to work with my eyes. I have never gone 2 weeks without a migraine. I am now going on 3 months and I do not suffer from migraines!! I do not wake up with daily headaches either. I saw Dr. West for the first time today. A year ago I had another optometrist refuse to check out my dry eyes (the main reason) I had come in without me making another appointment. And he hinted it might be a bigger issue that would require a referral to an opthomologist. Today, Dr. West in 2 minutes diagnosed the problem as clogged tear ducts and fixed them without me asking. I had simply mentioned I can't wear contacts any more because of my dry eyes and he said "let me take a look at that." Super grateful there are still a few doctors in the world who care about the wellbeing of their patients. More

Never ever did I think I would be able to get rid of my headaches or that they were caused from my eyes. Dr West put me in neuro lenses and I haven’t had a headache one since I started wearing them. They aren’t cheap but so worth it… Dr West and his staff are fantastic and I recommend them hands down…. More

From beginning to end my visit at this location was great. Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me. Needed glasses so went to Westlake hill vision. Was impressed with lay out of center and huge selection of frames. Dr Elizondo examined my eyes and explained the results then took the time to help me pick my frames. She was extreme ly helpful. I recommend this practice 100% for your eye are. More

Best experience.... This is definitely the best place to go if you have ever had any difficulty with finding the perfect prescription for contact lenses. They are very good at ensuring proper fitment of any cone shaped cornea (keratoconus) I highy recommended this place... It's a hidden gem! More

Very Professional and know their stuff. I enjoyed the experience and was very happy with the outcome. That being said this is not the place to buy cheap glasses. the brands they carry are not Walmart types of glasses but there are certain things you need to take better care of like feet and eyes you don't want to skimp on these. may cost a bit more than what I'm used to but the end result was 100% worth every penny. Dr. West did a great job. The technology they have to evaluate your eyes is world class. He was able to see something that all my previous doctors were "suspicious" of. Turned out to be nothing at all when he used the imaging study of eye. Very impressed. More

I had an irritation in my eyes that wouldn't go away with eye drops at home so I called another eye doctor and the quickest I could get an appointment was approximately 1 month away. My daughter's family had been to see Dr. West and recommended him. I called and his staff set an appointment for that afternoon! I saw Dr. West right away and he said I had an infection in both eyes. He prescribed an antibiotic and set a follow-up appointment for a couple of days later. His office even called to check up on me in the meantime. His office has all state-of-the-art equipment and even a great selection of eyeware to choose from. I have found my eye doctor from now on! More

Dr. West was able to remove a small calcium deposit on the inside of my eye lid that was irritating my eye. I got eye drops and wipes to fix an "itch" problem on my eye lashes that has been a problem for a long time. He checked my eye pressure and said that I do not have a glaucoma problem. He showed me a picture of the inside of the my right and where the retina tear was fixed. He said that the other parts inside the eye were healthy. He explained everything that he found. The exams were better than other places that I have been. I was very impressed during my time in his office. More

Dr. West was great! I was really worried about my sons eyes (he’s 4) and I called over 15 places that either wouldn’t see him because his age or couldn’t get him in for several days. When I called Dr. West office the receptionist was very sweet and told me he was booked for a few days, I told her my sons situation and she placed me on a brief hold, she then asked if I could be there within an hour, of course I said yes, and was so excited someone understood a worried Mom and fit us in. The office was beautiful, we waiting only a couple minutes and everyone was so kind. Dr. West was so caring with my son and made him feel comfortable with all the equipment. Friendly staff members and a very nice facility. Dr. West was very informative about the changes in our eyes and showed us pictures of our eye, which I thought was really neat. He was very patient with me and my two young kids. Will definitely be returning for our yearly exams! More

My son and I came to this place to get our eyes checked. The front desk staff greeted us with kindness professionalism and great hospitality. Angelica who brought us back to prep for doctor was very thorough and very good at what she did. After the eye exam was done we went to look at the glasses and Teresa was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to go here in the future. More

Absolutely excellent service. On my first visit, the first words out of Dr. West's mouth was " Are you ready to see today?" Sure enough, after about 10 years of constant visits with other Eye clinics, I was able to stop wearing hard contacts after constantly switching to a new pair every 2-3 months with other clinics. Dr. West had me in to glasses by the end of the week. I was so amazed. I could actually see tree bark up to 50-60 feet away by the end of the month. (Had to allow my eyes to adjust from having a hard contacts in for several years) Today is nearly year three. Im still in glasses with no problems. I only need these glasses for fine print reading, and long hours at my computer. **I HIGHLY recommend this eye clinic to anyone with any stage of Keratoconus. ** Please note, my eyes are cosidered to be in chronic stages. However, I had crosslinking done, this has haulted the progress of my condition. The contact I had made with this new machine he has fits perfectly. I have never been able to keep one in my left eye due to how advanced the keratoconus was before linking. I was honestly losing hope for my eyes. I thought i was going to be blind soon. I was depressed, I really couldnt enjoy much in life with out squinting really hard. This Doctor literally changed my life. Thank you so much Dr West! ~Deric More

For years, I've been running the common, annual eye check/new glasses at cookie cut locations. I've had several eye conditions, but no real answers. Dr. West took his time, answered my medical questions and even corrected it with my prescription. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of glasses are great! My son has very aggressive Keratoconus. We were able to have him enrolled in the corneal cross-linking trials which halted progression of the disease. However, The disease had progressed to the degree that his vision was barely better than blind. After 70+ visits and fitting sessions for contacts which could never be made to fit comfortably and made only slight improvements.... and lots and lots of tears I frustration ...we were beginning to explore the idea of corneal transplant. I'm not exactly sure how I got Dr. West's contact information, but I called his office and asked his staff if he had any experience with keratoconus and was told that he did so we made an appointment. Simply put, after all the years and the stress and the financial hardship, and the pain and the fear and the anger…after two visits, yes two visits, my son walked out with the glasses and no contacts. If anyone has Keratoconus, walk, no run to this office! God bless you Dr. West for giving my son his life back. More

Dr. West is AWESOME! We saw an amazing picture of our eye and were treated like the only people there. We did not end up needing glasses or contacts but he still looked over the overall health of our eyes and our family could not be more pleased. More
