After my eye doctor mixed up my contact and glasses prescription and refused to own up to it I decided to change. Am I glad I did. You are always greeted with a friendly smile when you walk in. The front desk does everything in their power to help you and ensure you are able to get in to see a doctor in a timely manner. There is no wait time from when you arrive and when your eye exam begins. The initial computerized exam portion is easy and quick. The doctor was the most thourough i have had in my 34 years of needing contacts. She was very detailed and did everything she could to ensure I am able to see as best as possible. Highly recommend. Love this place. Have been using them for my glasses for years now. Recently had a wire frame pair break on the frame less wire part. Took it back in, they fixed and adjusted the fit for me, for free. Thank you! Will be back in a few years for a brand new pair I'm sure. More

This eye Drs office is very efficient. You get in and out in a record amount of time. Everyone is friendly and good at their jobs. There is a decent supply of glasses to chose. From sign, to testing, to explaining to fitting glasses, even if it takes several times to adjust to someone not used to wearing them, it's like a well oiled machine. One great office to visit when checking and fitting for your prescription and listening to your likes and dislikes. Thanks for being so professional. More

The appointment was to pick up my new glasses. There was a problem with the new lenses. They worked to figure out the problem and took steps to get it corrected. I’m now waiting again for my new glasses since they had to have them remade. I was quite satisfied with the way they handled it. More

It was an excellent experience, and I couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend that office and those people. The entire office has always been helpful, efficient and courteous.  They always go above and beyond. More

This was my first visit to Middletown Eye Care. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the lobby area was very comfortable. My appointment was with Dr. Nathan Bjork. He was very professional, and very thorough in his examination. I highly recommend Dr. Bjork. My next stop after my exam was over to the eyeglass section of the office. The woman that helped me with choosing the features for my new glasses was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained my insurance coverage as well as what features would work well with my particular vision issues. I was happy with the prices and selection of frames and found a pair of glasses that suited me well. Over all I can say confidently that this was the best experience I’ve ever had getting an eye exam and new glasses. Next time you need glasses or an exam give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I was running 8 mins late an it was no problem. They got me right back an did my exam. I had the picture of my eyes an the Dr explained it to me in perfect. I updated my glasses an she took her time an came up with a great pair. These ppl are awesome an the reason I like to go there. More

We took our 4 year old daughter here for the first time today. It was her first eye exam and they were absolutely wonderful! She was so happy to be there and getting glasses. Dr. Bjork is very thorough and answers all questions. If you choose to get night driving glasses like I did he let's you decide and puts no pressure on you if you do or don't. This is a rare situation for me because where I went before they always tried to get you to purchase glasses and not use readers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Middletown Eye Care 100% if you need a new eye doctor. More

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The doctors are the best in eye care! The young lady who helped me pick out a pair of glasses was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. When she did not know about a particular item , she asked a more senior staff member. Together they found the answer to my question. I have been going to this office since it opened and before they bought out Dr Crawford many, many years ago I stayed with this group. How long ? I am 63. Since I was 3 or 4 years old !!!! More

I had a continuing problem with the fit of the glasses I purchased in February. Deb is the best! She looked at the frames and determined they weren't going to make it much longer, so she helped me fing frames that were more substantial and then expedited them! More

I had to take a moment to write a review for Eye Health Vision Center in Middletown, but especially for Dr Autumn Jackson. The whole process took under 45 minutes (and I had some allergy concerns in addition to my contact lens exam), they had me in the room within 10 minutes. Dr. Jackson is so incredibly sweet and helpful. Nobody pressured me to buy anything in house which was nice. I ended up buying contacts online because of a rebate and Eye Health validated my prescription with that website under 24 hours after I ordered which was also awesome. I just highly recommend this place! More

Even the doctor came out to the waiting room to assist & calm her. She was having trouble seeing and thought her glasses were stolen, she was actually wearing them 😉. The whole staff was so nice and professional in that stressful situation. My parents' current eye doctor is retiring soon and I have already recommended this office for them! More

I recently decided to get an eye exam since I've been having a hard time reading smaller prints and labels and I found out my insurance covers the exam 100% and also covers one pair of glasses every 2 years so decided to get real glasses instead of using the reader's I'd picked up at Walmart!I hate making phone calls and any kind of appointments, but I sucked it up and called this place first and the receptionist was so nice and friendly on the phone. I got an appointment for a few days later and when I got there the person at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, gave me the paperwork to fill out, etc.. I was called in right on time and I the medical assistant or whoever takes your history and starts the exam was awesome, that went great and then the doctor came in, I had Dr Jackson and she was excellent as well. Once I was finished she gave me my prescription and I went over to the eyeglass section and started browsing, the employee over there was great as well, I gave her the paper and my insurance card and she showed me the selection of glasses that were covered, it wasn't a huge selection, but since they were covered 100% by insurance, it was good enough and I saw several pairs I liked and chose the pair that looked best, which I absolutely love.I would recommend this business to anyone, both the doctor and the staff were awesome to work with, I was in and out of there in about an hour and the entire experience was pleasant.
