After my eye doctor mixed up my contact and glasses prescription and refused to own up to it I decided to change. Am I glad I did. You are always greeted with a friendly smile when you walk in. The front desk does everything in their power to help you and ensure you are able to get in to see a doctor in a timely manner. There is no wait time from when you arrive and when your eye exam begins. The initial computerized exam portion is easy and quick. The doctor was the most thourough i have had in my 34 years of needing contacts. She was very detailed and did everything she could to ensure I am able to see as best as possible. Highly recommend. More

Staff is friendly and courteous, I don't think I have ever come in when the girls don't greet you with a smile. Wait time is minimal. More

they care...old fashioned customer service....THEY WANT TO HELP YOU. EASY to call and make an appointment. People greet you with a smile! Professional detailed eye exam...unbelievable customer service getting glasses for my size 8 head. This place should be a training model for dealing with people. They're organized and work as a team. Middletown location has plenty of parking. I don't need to try to find another spot....Eye Health Vision Center has my business. More
