Dr Richard, her staff and the surgery center team were all exceptional. They all care, support and provided superb attention to me. They made me feel like a VIP. I was very impressed with Dr. Wang. I was referred here by my Optometrist, who said my blurry vision was caused by cataracts. I didn't tell Dr. Wang up front that I had seen three other Ophthalmologists, who thought the problem was my cornea and not cataracts, and that was the opinion Dr. Wang shared as well. This made me feel confident because I had this place pegged as a cataract surgery assembly line, so great to know that he wasn't biased towards cataracts being the problem. He explained my cornea issue in greater depth than any of the other Ophthalmologists. I was even more impressed that, because I had some odd factors to my cornea, he referred me to a university physician that could review his findings. More

I have been with the Brumm eye center for quite some time now @ the beginning of finding out my diagnosis of cataracts & glaucoma and there hasn’t been a time that I haven’t been disappointed with any of my doctors or their associates. The center has a calming atmosphere every time I have gone to my appointments! I could say many more things I appreciate but mostly it’s the overall sense that every patient is not a bother they listen then it’s easier for the person to understand it’s a 2 way conversation! Good place to visit and get eyes examined. Had cataract removed several years ago and I am still a very happy camper. Like Dr. Meehan very down to earth and professional. Listens to your questions and works with you when he can. More

Hi My experience with this Cataracts episode is / was scary at first.. first, I didn't know why, or what was happening with My eyes.. thinking I was going blind was freaking Me out.. someone told Me I might have Cataracts.. this condition can be explained simply . look out a window without a screen in it.. thats Good eye sight.. now look out a window with a screen in it.. Your vision trying to see through the screen is impaired.. that's how Cataracts impact Your sight which gets worse .. Not sure how other Specialists are.. My experience with Omni-Eye Specialists was Fantastic.. The Staff - starting with the receptionist, all the way to now, I'm going through Post - Op as I text, has been Very Positive, Polite, and most of All, Professional.. I went for regular eye checkup to get my driver's license renewed and learned I needed to see a specialist as I had beginning stage of cataracts. I asked to be referred to Omni after a family member recommendation. All the ladies I had encountered were 'great', which helped with the extensive testing that was done. They were all professional and explained what they were going to do. Dr. Detweiler was very nice and asked questions which helped him to figure out the best surgery options as I had some lazer surgery done to repair my retna yrs ago. I felt the atmosphere was really good!! I would recommend them! More

I had both cataracts removed . Of course I was scared but the entire eye team were wonderful . The procedure didn’t hurt at all - just the opposite . Afterwards the lazor ( second part ) was so quick & easy . I would recommend this eye vision location & team to anyone . If your eyes feel funny get your eyes checked . If you have cataracts get them out . The world won’t be blurry or discolored anymore . I didn’t know I had become color blind . I was . Now I’m not . Thankyou very much everyone ! I had both my cataracts operated on within a 2-week period and opted for the Lyric lens in both eyes. The nursing staff was always professional and caring. Dr. Howard Amiel was reassuring and is a true professional/artist for his profession. I would recommend Dr. Amiel and Omni Eye Specialists to all my friends and family. I am extremely pleased with the results of my cataract surgery! Dr. Brumm and his staff were very thorough in their preparation and explained everything about my cataracts to what to expect at the surgery center. The surgery center people were all very kind and professional. This whole experience was filled with kind, professional people who do a great job!
