I would like to sincerely “Thank” Dr Alyse Johann Richard for taking great care of both my eyes. I had two very successful left and right eye cataract surgeries a week apart. Dr Richard, her staff and the surgery center team were all exceptional. They all care, support and provided superb attention to me. They made me feel like a VIP. Everyone provided me with superior clinical and surgical outcomes. I would strongly recommend Eye Health Vision to anyone. Thanks again!! More

I have been to Eye Health in Dartmouth. I never have any problems there. The staff is courteous and very helpful. They always explain what will happen and what they are doing with the eye drops and what will happen. They usually take photos of the inside of my eyes so Dr. Westerfeld can see what is going on inside my eyes. Dr. Westerfeld always explains what he sees and if any problems are developing. More

Visited this place for the first time on /1/24 with my 11 year old. He has anxiety with doctor appointments and it was a struggle to get him into the building. Once checked in, we were allowed to be distracted by looking at all the cool frames they have, and the nice pediatric frames they offer. When my little guy's name was called, he anxiously looked at me and i reassured him that his experience was going to be pleasant, and that it was. The assistant to the MD was wonderful and she was interacting with him along with getting all the work she had to get done, she reassured him that they were not going to blow air into his eye, and she was concise on listening to his concerns and what he experiences with his eyes, including the migranes he has recently been experiencing. Once the tech was done with her diagnostics, she excused herself and stated that the doctor would be in shortly. A brief minute later the doctor showed up and introduced herself to him directly. When she introduced herself, it helped my little one realize he was the one in control and he was going to be listened to. Despite my little one being fidgety and tired at the same time, Dr Baker patiently and compassionately completed her exam, even having to repeat herself a couple of times which she did so with a soft and gentle voice. Dr Baker explained at the end of the exam to my little guy that he could now go pick his new glasses, which we all know is the "fun" part. Picking glasses was easy and painless in their optical shop. Even though the pair of glasses he wanted were not covered by his insurance plan, he found another pair much like them in the area that were covered by insurance which he was happy enough with, for now. Eventually when we have the $200 for the Nike pair of glasses he likes we will order them but todays economy hasn't been kind to my family this year. So far the experience was pleasant and anxiety free for me and him. We look forward to picking up his glasses when they are ready. We are thankful for a pleasant and anxiety free experience Dr Baker and her staff offered to my 11 year old. More

I can’t say enough good things about this place after I received PRK LASIK surgery on both eyes here earlier this year. Huge shout out to Beth who, from the initial consultation, was super kind and thorough, which convinced me I was in the right place. Throughout both surgeries involving the pre op instructions and follow up appointments, everyone was so helpful and understanding guiding me through it. If you’re debating LASIK surgery, definitely reach out to Beth and get your surgery done by Dr. Kenyon as they were a phenomenal and caring staff to work with. More

UPDATE: Dr. Allard rectified the situation once she realized they didn’t make my follow up a priority and I was seen by her again within a week, got a new prescription and I can see again!! Will definitely stay here as a patient for the foreseeable future.Came here for the first time ever yesterday, they decided to put numbing drops in my eyes AND THEN do my eye exam after, I could not see because of the drops they made my vision extremely blurry. They couldn’t finish my exam and said I’d have to come back and they’re booking into April. My vision has gotten worse and I’m getting headaches and I don’t feel like they took me seriously enough and I will not be returning. More

Dr Kenyon did an excellent job on the surgery on my cataract inflicted eyes. I now have 20/20 vision for the first time in my 60 years. Dr Reis has been excellent with my yearly check ups and the followups after surgery. Already recommended them to several other people and will continue to do so. More

Running a little late, and totally my fault as I put the wrong address in my GPS. Presented to center and was helped by Robin, who checked to see if the doctor would still see me. He did. Dr. Townsend was very professional and thorough, and having read reviews about him, I feel good about having him do eyelid surgery on me. But I did want to especially thank Robin for being especially pleasant, accommodating and professional. She really went above and beyond with her customer service. THANKS!!! More

Got my eyes done here two years ago. Sometimes it’s still a shock. Dr Fowler is fantastic. Very to-the-point which is what I like. The only hiccup I had was a miscommunication about how long you’re covered for. My last follow up appt was rescheduled past the one year mark and I was charged for the visit. I was under the impression I was covered for two years. One other time Dr Fowler was running 20 minutes behind. It happens; I survived. Zero regrets and definitely recommend. More
