My family and I have been using ReEnvision for the last couple of years. Dr. Neha Patel is very knowledgeable and always is able to answer any questions I have. I have a younger daughter, and the office made her feel special. The first time we went, she was a little nervous and Agastya gave her some ice cream. She couldn't stop telling everyone that her EYE doctor gave her EYE-scream. Her eyesight is improving, and they were able to have an organic conversation with my daughter about why it's important to keep her glasses on. The office clean and they use the modern tools to do your eye exams. The experience to pick out glasses and getting the measurements was simple. They were aware of what the insurance covers and made sure we were able to take advantage of all the benefits. Dr. Patel was also able to explain what options they can do to accomplish a successful exam for someone who has Alzheimer's and might struggle with a typical exam. More

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Patel and the entire staff at ReEnvision! It all started a few years ago when my husband’s old Jeep broke down in the middle of summer. The staff was locking up to go home when they noticed my husband and youngest daughter in the heat with the hood up. They approached my husband and asked if he would like to wait for me inside and reopened the store so they could get out of the heat! I was so impressed by their compassion that I immediately switched from my old optometrist and have been a customer since! Dr Kenyon did an excellent job on the surgery on my cataract inflicted eyes. I now have 20/20 vision for the first time in my 60 years. What an absolutely amazing experience. Went in for the kids eye care and ended up having the entire family checked. They are professional yet friendly, warm and affectionate. They are totally invested in what is good for you, patient and wont rush you. My kids were 8 and 9 and the first time they were trying contacts ... kids were nervous and ended up staying almost one hour behind the closing time, yet the staff did not rush and were assuring us to not worry about time. Unfortunately, in the middle of my summer travels, while visiting NYC, my Phonack Compilot died. And fortunately, my Google search led me to Resnick Audiology. Something that should have been a pretty simple transaction turned out to be a very complicated undertaking to finally get my device replaced, and I could not have been in the care of kinder, more professional, patient, knowledgeable people. Every time I called, Cheyenne was so friendly and helpful. I worked with Dr Marla Durand, who was exceptional in her patience, persistence and tenacity. I had called several other offices in the area, hoping to get one sooner, and most wanted to charge me $200 just to walk in the office as a new patient, and/or charge up to $200 more for the same device, but most of the calls resulted in no help at all. Dr Durand spent an inordinate amount of time with me and the challenging situation, and in the end, charged me $0 for any of her time, and my cost out the door was only for the device. And this was all for an out of town visitor who will not become a regular patient! I was honestly so moved by my experience there, and the only way I can think to repay them is to tell as many people as I can about their service! While trying to unplug my vacuum I dropped it behind my washer & instinctively reached down to retrieve it. My right eye felt immediate pain as it hit the point of a hanging wire hook! Frightened by the potential damage to my eye I called Eye Health Vision requesting an appointment. My doctor wasn’t in but I was promptly received an appointment with Dr Reis & less than 2 hours after the injury was given a thorough exam of my eye that included dilation & photos of the eye interior. She also explained what possible outcomes could develop & which would require immediate attention. Overall the care was outstanding! Also, I was so lucky that my contact lens cushioned my eye & prevented the point from piercing it! More

I use Lyric hearing aids, so must go into the office every 6-8 weeks to have them changed. The office is conveniently located near the 59th St. subway station. Everyone working there is very friendly. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to see one of the doctors, and I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. I could not ask for a better experience. More

In my experience over several years of hearing problems, I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Resnick. He is by far the best on several levels. His knowledge and thorough examination of my hearing impairment and diagnosis was crucial to finding the adequate solutions. He has the latest and state of the art audiology equipment . He examined my hearing aids to determine their age and condition. He adjusted them remotely - via his computers etc. More importantly he gave me information about how their setting would remain unchanged even after I disconnect the batteries. I was curious that he did not suggest the latest lyric hearing aids which he is fully qualified to provide. I asked him if I should try those. He said they would not be suitable for my needs. I have Dr Reis as my doctor and she is great. The scheduling is horrible. They book two people for the same doctor at the same time. Another patient had the same 3:15 appointment with Dr Reis as I did. We waited 45 minutes to see Dr Reis.and I let her go first. My appointment lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. It’s not Dr Reid’s fault but she takes the blame. It’s scheduling so that needs to be improved More
