Dr. Jackson and other practice doctors have been my providers since 2004 and i have never had a complaint about anything, not about insurance, cost, appointment availability, staff attitude, service, literally nothing at all. I highly recommend this practice! A side benefit is that the next door Walmart Vision Center can look up the Jackson Eye Care prescriptions and are competitively priced for disposable contact lenses. More

Dr Jackson explained all my eye issues so clearly for me to understand .But most importantly showing me the details of my eyes on the screen where I was able to see for myself and he is so polite,Caring He makes you feel so important as a patient and he listened to me and answered all my questions. I'm so glad my daughter referred me to him everything she said about him was so accurate. Now going to the Glasses Guy to fill my prescription. Another happy referral place from my daughter. More

The staff were extremely polite. I was very comfortable. The Optometrist was extremely competent and I left feeling like it was the best (most accurate) exam I’d ever had. The Dr. knew exactly how to adjust the equipment where you’re usually guessing if it’s view #1 or view #2. I’m confident my glasses will be correct when I pick them up. Being in the care of the entire Jackson Eye Care Team, from start to finish, was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had while having an eye exam, along with ordering my new glasses and sunglasses, too! Their knowledge of expertise with sincere care for their patients was obvious and shined all the way through the appointment! They were personable, friendly and kind! They were real and I did not feel like a "number" in any way! I felt like I was with family and friends! I had to take a moment to write a review for Eye Health Vision Center in Middletown, but especially for Dr Autumn Jackson. The whole process took under 45 minutes (and I had some allergy concerns in addition to my contact lens exam), they had me in the room within 10 minutes. Dr. Jackson is so incredibly sweet and helpful. Nobody pressured me to buy anything in house which was nice. I ended up buying contacts online because of a rebate and Eye Health validated my prescription with that website under 24 hours after I ordered which was also awesome. I just highly recommend this place! More

I have been a patient of Dr. JACKSON's since 2003! He's great, confident, fun, explains everything he's doing, tells u results immediately, and I wish more doctors were as relaxed as he is. I took my "perfect" vision husband to see him this July. He said the same things about him even though he left with glasses. More

Mark Jackson is the best eye doc I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is apparent with every visit that he truly cares for the eye health of his patients and is very skilled at his craft, but most important to me is that he takes the time to educate me on the science behind the scenes. I am a curious sort, and I love that he will explain why my astigmatism is the way it is, how the various types of laser eye surgery are different, and all the finer points of eye correction with glasses or contacts. I just got Lasik yesterday, and rode my motorcycle to Dr. Mark's office this morning for my post-op examination! I'm seeing like the pros and I'm loving it, thanks Dr. Jackson! Great experience, the Doctor took the time need to get my prescription right and then more time to make sure it was correct. I'm very pleased with my experience, they treated me with care and patience making sure I got the attention need to do their job right. It was nothing like the meat market rush job I experienced with America's Best, it was professional and thorough. Front office staff was polite and courteous. I'd definitely recommend Jackson Eye Care in the North Fort Collins Walmart to anyone who needs glasses or contact at a great value while receiving a thorough and professional eye exam. More

I recently decided to get an eye exam since I've been having a hard time reading smaller prints and labels and I found out my insurance covers the exam 100% and also covers one pair of glasses every 2 years so decided to get real glasses instead of using the reader's I'd picked up at Walmart!I hate making phone calls and any kind of appointments, but I sucked it up and called this place first and the receptionist was so nice and friendly on the phone. I got an appointment for a few days later and when I got there the person at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, gave me the paperwork to fill out, etc.. I was called in right on time and I the medical assistant or whoever takes your history and starts the exam was awesome, that went great and then the doctor came in, I had Dr Jackson and she was excellent as well. Once I was finished she gave me my prescription and I went over to the eyeglass section and started browsing, the employee over there was great as well, I gave her the paper and my insurance card and she showed me the selection of glasses that were covered, it wasn't a huge selection, but since they were covered 100% by insurance, it was good enough and I saw several pairs I liked and chose the pair that looked best, which I absolutely love.I would recommend this business to anyone, both the doctor and the staff were awesome to work with, I was in and out of there in about an hour and the entire experience was pleasant. I've been in glasses for 20+ years, obviously that entails seeing eye doctors every year and I can honestly say that the best eye exam I've had was with Dr. Jackson. I made an appointment in advance (did you know he's one of the few doctors in Fort Collins who works on Wednesday!) and when I got to the office after filling out some brief paperwork was seen rather quickly. What I was expecting to be a 2 hour appointment was under 1 hour and I had my new prescription. I've jumped around to different eye doctors since moving to Colorado but I will definitely be returning to Jackson Eye Care. Not only is Dr. Jackson's personality great, but the price can not be beat. The only bad thing I can say (besides them being at Wal-Mart) was that I wasn't greeted warmly by the receptionist, rather I wasn't 'greeted' at all. Update - 5/2016 - I'm still going to Dr Jackson for my annual exams and reception and support staff are now friendly and personable. More
