Marguerite M. Quinn, O.D.

Meet Dr. Quinn

Marguerite M. Quinn is a staff optometrist at our Middletown, RI Eye Health Vision Centers facility. Her professional interests include medical optometry, rigid gas-permeable contact lenses, and other specialty contact lens prescription and fitting. Dr. Quinn is a member of the Rhode Island Optometric Association. She is a native Rhode Islander and lives on Aquidneck Island with her husband, three children, and their labradoodle.

Areas of Expertise

As a medical optometrist, Dr. Quinn is able to diagnose and treat ocular and vision disorders, like glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and dry eye. She also has many years of experience with rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses and other specialty contact lenses, such as those designed for patients with myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism.

 

 

Education

Dr. Quinn completed her undergraduate studies at Villanova University and graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in English. She was then admitted to the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA where she was awarded her doctor of optometry degree.

"I recently saw Dr. Quinn for an eye exam. I had some issues with my insurance and I assumed I would have to cancel and call them myself but the receptionist was so efficient and helped figure it out for me I was like wowed at the service... then the medical assistant who took me in was so detailed and friendly I never experienced such great customer service which is huge for me. But the doctor was by far my favorite she explained all of my medical issues with my eyes so well, you typically get doctors that say medical terms u don't understand and that scare u but not dr quin she explains things well and makes u feel relieved. I recommend this place for anyone on the island that needs a great eye doctor! 10 out 10! Recommending family to come here!"
